About
Growing up in a family where real estate was a regular topic at the dinner table, Lyndsay Bott is a second-generation real estate professional with a deep-rooted understanding of the industry. Her passion for real estate began to take shape while completing her Master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability. During this time, she conducted extensive research focused on sustainable practices for private landowners in the Niagara region, sparking her interest in the intersection between real estate and environmental responsibility.

After a short move to Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Lyndsay became an advocate for the environmental rights of the Metlakatla Indigenous peoples. This experience further fuelled her commitment to sustainable housing developments, combining her passion for real estate with a vision for a greener, more responsible future.

While working full-time and contributing to a Waterloo-based real estate company on the side, Lyndsay recognized that real estate was her true calling. With a desire to integrate her values of sustainability with her professional goals, she launched her career as a real estate agent, dedicated to helping others make informed decisions about their homes.

Now rooted in the Waterloo Region, Lyndsay tirelessly works to represent her clients and their best interests.
